Fish Cake & Crab Stick Salad is a refreshing and flavorful dish featuring tender strips of fish cake, shredded crab sticks, and crisp vegetables tossed in a creamy, mildly spicy dressing. The combination of cucumber, Asian pear, and carrots adds crunch and a touch of sweetness, making this salad light, vibrant, and perfect served chilled as a starter or side.

Ingredients

2 sheets of Fish Cake.
5 pcs crab sticks (shredded)
2 scallions
1/2 stick of julienned english cucumber
1 small julienned asian pear
1 small julienned carrots
1 tbsp red pepper paste
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Pinch of ground white pepper

Instructions

Cut the sheets of Fish Cake into thin strips and par boil for them for 5 minutes. Set aside and Let it cool down.

In a mixing bowl mix mayonnaise, red pepper paste, salt and white pepper. Mix all the fish cakes and vegetables to the dressing. Chill and serve cold.
