Maricel’s Kitchen Cancellation & Refund Policy

CLASSES & EVENTS

Due to the exclusive nature of Maricel’s Kitchen culinary experiences, including limited seating and the upfront costs of food preparation, our cooking classes are non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you are unable to attend a class, we warmly encourage you to transfer your seat to another individual.

In the rare event that Maricel’s Kitchen must reschedule or cancel a class, we will reach out directly to offer you the choice between a full refund or transferring your registration to a class at a new date or to a similar class of equal value.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards purchased for Maricel’s Kitchen are redeemable for our wide range of merchandise and services. Please note that gift cards are not redeemable for cash or refundable.

PARTICIPATION TERMS

Maricel’s Kitchen reserves the right to deny entry or terminate the participation of any individual or group who fails to follow the instructions of our chefs or staff, or who creates an unsafe situation for themselves or others. This policy extends to instances where an individual is unwell, intoxicated, or causing a disturbance that impacts the overall experience of the class or event. Termination of participation under these circumstances will occur without any obligation for reimbursement or compensation from Maricel’s Kitchen.

Participants waiving any rights to inspect or approve the final use of such media.

If you prefer not to be included in these recordings, you must notify Maricel’s Kitchen, LLC in writing before the start of your class or event. While we respect your privacy and will take reasonable measures to protect identifiable information, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in background shots or incidental captures in the media used.

Catering Services Policies

Payment and Booking

Confirmation and Deposit: To secure catering services, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the final bill.

Final Payment: The balance of your catering bill is due in full before the event date or as agreed upon in writing. Late payments may result in adjustments to or cancellation of services without refund.

Catering Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the Client: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will require payment in full.

Cancellations by Maricel’s Kitchen: Should we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances; we will provide a full refund or offer to reschedule the service.

Service Adjustments

Changes to Services: Any changes to the menu, guest count, or service details must be made no later than 14 days before the event. We will accommodate last-minute changes to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee all adjustments can be made. Adjustments and changes may result in additional fees or charges.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, it is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any such requirements at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our catering services.

Conduct and Safety:
Maricel’s Kitchen reserves the right to terminate catering services at any event where the safety of our staff or guests is at risk due to inappropriate behavior, without refund or compensation.
