This class was intimate and fun. Maricel and her staff made me feel comfortable in the kitchen and excited to make and eat something new. The food was delicious. I took the Japanese Ramen and Gyoza class and it was so much fun! I learned so many tips and tricks that I would've never thought about and while I'm not a frequent cook, the way things were simplified and made accessible definitely has encouraged me to try the gyoza recipe at home.
