Cook one side until set, then flip to cook the other side. Set aside to cool, then slice into 1/4 inch strips. This will be used as a garnish later.
Cook the Noodles:

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for about 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are soft and chewy.
