Wrap the Spring Rolls:

Once the vegetable mixture has cooled, place a spoonful of the mixture onto each spring roll wrapper.

Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides as you go, and seal the edge with a dab of water.
Fry the Spring Rolls:
