Join us every Saturday and Sunday for Chef Maricel’s Filipino Brunch Towers. This is a weekend brunch built around Filipino flavors, shared plates, and time at the table.

Each three tier brunch tower serves one to two guests. Every tower is filled with Filipino inspired dishes, cooked fresh and plated with care. The menu reflects Chef Maricel Gentile’s journey from her Lola’s kitchen in Manila to Maricel’s Kitchen in New Jersey.

This is brunch the way Filipinos love it. You sit together. You share food. You talk, laugh, and take your time.

Inspired by the beloved Filipino silog meals, a comforting combination of sinangag (garlic fried rice) and itlog (egg). Served with Egg, Garlic Fried Rice, Atchara, and Salted Egg with Tomato, plus your choice of Pork Tocino, Beef Tapa, House Longganisa Patty (sweet pork sausage), Torta Talong (roasted eggplant omelet), or Daing na Bangus (Milkfish).
