🌺 The Classic Filipino Brunch Tower

A perfect balance of comfort and indulgence featuring Siomai, Crispy Shrimp, and Ukoy (vegetable fritters) on the top tier; Pork Tocino, Beef Tapa, and Bangus Silog with Garlic Fried Rice and Fried Eggs, plus sides of Salted Eggs, Tomatoes, and Atchara on the middle tier; and Homemade Pandesal with whipped butter, Puto (Filipino steamed rice cakes), and House Special Sweet Hand Pies on the bottom tier.

For the brunch lover who wants it all. This tower includes Baked Chicken Siopao, Lumpia Gulay (vegetable spring rolls), and Seasonal Vegetable Frittata on the top tier; Silogs with Bangus and Tortang Talong (roasted eggplant omelet) served with Garlic Fried Rice and Fried Eggs on the middle tier; and Seasonal Puff Pastry Flower, Homemade Pandesal with whipped butter, and Puto (Filipino steamed rice cakes) on the bottom tier.
